why all these lies?

On 27 September 2018 I was phoned by a sales lady from Vodacom – I only later learned it was Elite Mobile – and she said I was due for upgrade. I was convinced to upgrade 3 of my numbers – 2 being tablettes that my kids still use. On 1 October I saw that the smart package that she sold me is not going to work for me and the more that R1000 airtime balance was gone. There were 2 lies that she told me that made me very angry and afterwards the promises and excuses. I had more than a R1000 of airtime balance on my number. I asked her what would happen with that balance and I was told that I would NOT lose that balance. That balance is now gone. Why lie about it? The package she sold me was R139/m and I asked her what would I be paying every month – would it be R139 or would the R8 identicall fee still be added. She said that the R8 fee would NOT be added I would only pay the R139. I saw on the account that the R8 was added. Why lie about it? I have phoned to get this contract reversed and all I got was promises and excuses. The one said she would phone me in 4 days but she did not. Then I phoned again, this time I was told that the 2 tablettes cannot be reversed because their contract is over 14 days old – but when I phoned on the 9th that request was also refused. I still cannot use my phone to call someone. I was a happy customer of Vodacom but currently the relationship is messed up. All I want is for Vodacom to reverse all these contracts and give back the more than R1000.
