Whole day without any calls or sms!!!

Been phoning a couple of times, they tell me to maually select vodacom and my problem will be solved, sounds like they just want to get rid of me, I am a corporate client, they just dont give a damn! I could not receive calls or sms, but nobody knows what is wrong, when the \select manual"trick doesnt work"
