Who took my airtime and data?

Yesterday I had R101.00 airtime and 0.88GB data on my work phone. When I tried to call someone this morning there was NOTHING! When I called Vodacom I was told that I had used it on the Internet.
I have uncapped WiFi at home, as I work from home. Both of my mobiles (Samsung Note 3 and Samsung 6 Edge) are linked to my WiFi. I was told that the downloads were done via LTE, when both of my mobiles are 4G.
What is the point of paying separately for data and airtime, if you just empty out my airtime if the data is finished. When I have previously run out of data, due to the time being expired (not the use thereof), my airtime wasn't ******.
None of my apps update automatically, as I don't update bloatware.
Seeing that nobody at the call centre can tell me how this has happened, could whoever takes care of this matter please explain how on earth this is justified. Has someone from Vodacom accessed my data, and airtime - and ****** it?
