Who's Behind Vodacom & Opera-Unauthorise Billing?

Like many other innocent people I've got this nasty surprise yesterday that Opera Telecom is charging my company R50 per day from 26 January 2016 for an unauthorised subscription fees on one of our Vodacom data routers in the Cape.<br> <br> The way Opera Telecom deceive people with the \approval\" of Vodacom to gaining unauthorised income, is horrific. <br> <br> Many of these sad stories are evident on this site and other places. <br> <br> Is Opera Telecom or Vodacom bad? <br> <br> No it's only a name
