Who is taking accoutability for the absolute absurbity.....

<p>Who takes accountability for the absolute shocking events</p> <p> </p> <p>I have had a contract with Nashua mobile for over 15 years .. then my contract was migrated to Altech autopage(without my consultation) and then .. when altech Autopage Nicholway has now closed ... my contract has now swiftly moved to Vodacom because they are my network provider .</p> <p> </p> <p>I have always had insurance .. as a starting point , so when my phone were upgraded my insurance was too .. so last year when I moved from IPhone 5 to Iphone 6 ... he had supposedly increased my insurance.</p> <p>Now Almost 6 months done the line when I want to claim .. they tell me I have no insurance since I changed to Vodacom in Deceember !!!</p> <p>The person at Altech is obviously no longer there ..I contact Altech and they refer me to Vodacom .. Vodacom has no record and there I am ***gie in the middle .</p> <p>This is the story ... last year my I phone was faulty and I took it in for repairs since I have insurance and they managed to take almost 4 months . So in December last year when I desperately needed a phone and then found out that Altech has not sent my phone in for repairs .. my contract was up for renewal , which I did ,against my better judgement.</p> <p>I got the Iphone 6 , since my Iphone 5 sent in for repairs. When my Iphone 5 was returned , I never used it.</p> <p>Unfortunately very recently ,my cellphone fell out of my jacket pocket whilst in bathroom. The screen cracked ad so I had to take it in for repairs.</p> <p>Now Vodacom says I dont have insurance , Altech cannot assist me and I am so frustrated , who do I now turn to. So I would like to cancel my vodacom contract. I am so frustrated.</p> <p> </p>
