WHO DOES VODACOM CATER FOR

I app**** for a R69 per month tablet at Vodacom. It was declined as apparently i dont have a good credit rating. The my mother app**** for the same product, same story, credit rating not good enough. This coming from 2 people who pay their accounts on a monthly basis, are not listed on ITC, and have just purchased a car of R150 000.00. So now i'm just wondering, what is their criteria? Do they only provide services to the rich and famout? I find it quite embarressing having someone like Vodacom decline me and my mother's application, being good citizens of this country, paying our accounts every month. Why put an offer out there if you have no intent of supplying it to the customer.
