****** who do not follow the debit approval process.
My email to Vodacom: 29/09/2023 Good day. I'm sending you my documents again, so you don't have any excuse when it happens again. I will ask, "How did it happen again?" I say this because I'm now convinced it will happen again. After all, you don't seem to know what you're doing. How do you keep falling for the same issue? Once again, you have inconvenienced me, and it is no loss for a large corporation like Vodacom.
How could you not flag the ID number that keeps opening accounts, only to find out a few days later that it is *****ulent? I will not be eager to send any documents the next time around. I think it's about time I align myself with the relevant people to stop this and perhaps get some compensation for being inconvenienced like this.
Today 17/10/2023 I'm saddened to report that this company has taken R2487 for something I do not know about. Why do you not follow the process designed to avoid such ***** where customers approve debits with their banks? This is not the second time, by the way, it has happened in the past and I still sent them all the documents they needed to prevent this from happening. Now tell me is this a joke? I'm convinced there's someone who works at Vodacom whose job is to issue *****ulent contracts. Standard Bank now tell me Vodacom must refund me my money including bank fees for reversal and stopping the debit/stop order. Let me guess, you will ask me for yet another affidavit and ID copy, right? For what exactly, so you can take more of my money? So stupid and an inconvenience to innocent people.
I will be waiting for someone to call me and tell me when the refund will happen.
