Who cares at Vodacom

Dear Vodacom

I’m sorry to use this public forum to contact you, but I’m just as sorry to tell you it seems the only way to get a response from your company.

In September 2016 I enquired about assistance regarding poor reception at my house. After plenty meaningless promises I was eventually informed on 1 February 2017 that you will put up a booster at my residence and that you regard it as priority. Since I am not getting a response from the unsigned email informing me of this, I took the liberty of using this platform once again, to ask you if you can please deliver on your promise and when I can expect your technicians.

I am sure I am just an irritation to you, but my home is also my place of business and it is extremely important to me to have reliable cell phone signal.

Please have the decency to tell me if you not going to assist me, so that I can look for a service provider who can. What I not want is more promises.

Ref no. A2-1VH0-SAD1XX

With high expectations

Nick de Beer
