Whitelist my cellphone

My cellphone was blocked on the 28/05/2023. I went to an MTN branch and I was told to get a sim swap so I did. Still my phone was not working and then they said my chip is probably damaged so I sent in claim forms to my insurance when I went to get an assessment for the phone I found out my phone was blacklisted. I went back to MTN and they said they couldn’t assist me because it was blocked by vodacom . It’s been 2 weeks and my issue is not resolved. Vodacom keeps closing the ticket without unblocking the phone and they can’t assist me because my contract is not with them but they are the ones that blocked my phone. It’s not my business who blocked the phone I just my phone to be unblocked please this is very upsetting 😡🚮
