Which network is better to move to since vodacom is getting worse by the day

How is it that vodacom just charge your account. Nobody ever gets back to a person but my phone is being flooded with calls to pay but no one at vodacom is willing to explain. Recorded calls goes miaaing and they refuse to communicate via email but you are bombarded woth demands to make payment.
