Where's my data?
Can someone please explain to me how Vodacom deducts data from one's data bundle? Isn't there a place where one can go to see how you spent your data to be able to confirm whether Vodacom has deducted your data fairly?

The reason for my complaint is because I bought a 1GB data bundle and also had R120 worth of airtime left on my phone, that's after I already purchased the data. In one day my 1GB of data and my R120 of airtime was depleted! In my mind there is no way I used 1GB and even the airtime on top of that!

I watched 4 clips on facebook (all under a minute), I once searched an item on OLX and I sent a few What's App's. Is that where 1GB and R120 of airtime get you??? This is ridiculous!

I was in Mozambique this past weekend and used a service provider there called Movitel. With 1GB I watched an hour video and plenty of short video clips and still had plenty of data left. How does this work? Or am I just totally lost? Does 1GB there mean something different than 1GB here? Even in comparison with other South African providers, is Vodacom ripping us off or just frankly steeling from us?

Is there no way how Vodacom can be held accountable for how they deduct data?? Help!
