Where is Vodacom Discounted Data as promised?
Where are the government mandated discounted data packages that Vodacom was initiating for the good of the public? 35% Haha.... that's only for the 1 gig 30 days. I see no other discounted packages. I have chatted online with Vodacom, and they were useless
