Where is Vodacom????????

A ********** contract was opened ( not in my name , my id wasn’t even used to open this contract) but Vodacom debits my account for this contract. Tried everything to resolve this issue but nobody gets back to me. Not the Vodashop , legal department or Rudi- Jo at Vodacom Headoffice!!!! I think it’s so wrong that Vodacom can go into my back account ***** my money and then have the audacity to give me the run around!!!!! PATHETIC VODACOM PATHETIC!!!!!!
