Where is the true customer service person on the other side of the line?
Why doesn't Vodacom have a person on the other side if I call customer service? To be honest the tuckshop around the corner of my house has better customer service. If you have an emergency and need assistance you are obliged to speak to a ****** to it. I am changing to MTN or Telkom.
