Where is the intelligence

I am always amazes at how vodacom never takes iniatiative to assist its clients . It's never their responsibility or problem. I have had a vodacom account since 2003 . Surely by now they should have build some data on how I use phone i.e. Calls and data . But it is the second time this year they have let my data run into thousands without notifying me . The first time I was told I should always check my data balances , which I have learnt to do but their app is not always working . My question is why are they not sending the SMS's or some other notifications when data is being depleted ? Why cannot they use the historic information they have on my number to alert me my account is double what it used to be . Some warning like what banks do when something unusual is happening to your account ,it is as if they don't care just want to charge . Vodacom value you clients and take some initiative to assist in saving them money .
