where is the customer support!!!!!!!!!!

So Vodacom can call when you put a complaint on Hello peter but not when you have a query but still don't help-

So you call to tell me that you gonna assist i get one call to say we will call back later with more info apparently once you have a upgrade service just goes out the window Vodacom needs a 0 rating . How difficult is it to assist a customer, Vodacom is false there is no customer support and definitely no competent employees
