Where is Tebogo

So even after posting on this website and promised to get feedback and still nothing... <br> <br> Clearly Vodacom is not serious about customer service <br> <br> So today I decide to call Vodacom again to get feedback on my query. So after explaining my story to The call centre agent again she put me on hold and low and behold Tebogo gives her the feedback that they were unable to find my call recordings and I've already be refunded and I need to contact some other department. So I explain to the agent that Tebogo has receive numerous messages to call me and if I can speak to him. She says Tebogo is just on a call and I tell her I'll wait for him. She come back to the call and tells me his still busy and if I'll continue waiting. I say yes and 20 minutes passes and the call drops. So I call back and they tell me that Tebogo has left :( <br> <br> I'm livid... She finds me another team leader and she committed to get Tebogo to call me back.<br> <br> I'm still waiting...
