Where is my statements??????

Posted a previous complaint about not receiving my monthly statements. Got 1 statement after that. However now again - still nothing. <br> <br> I used to get the ****** thing every month in my email, like clock work - What has changed and why is it impossible to provide me with it? I am thumbsucking what I am suppose to pay you every month. Should I underestimate, you will cut my 4 lines and charge me reconnection fees again. Come on guys - at nearly R2000 per month that I am paying you, just give me my statement without me having to ask for it each month.<br> <br>
