Where is my ps4 vodacom??

Good day.

So.. Vodacom offers deals like a 24 month contract and get a ps4 for x amount extra per month just to tell you after a week( when you got the phone) that the ps4 is on backorder..

fine.. 2 weeks more.. Ok.

It has been a month later!! and no eta on the ps4 and they( vodacom) are blaming Sony. When I FINALLY got hold of someone at Sony that cares to help(thats globally and locally) they said the problem is with Vodacom...

So I try to get hold of someone at vodacom that cares (again) still no direct answer(phone this number, call this number) you know.. maybe they care...they dont..

Finally got hold of a lady at customer care( the second time, cause the first time I called the person just gave me a number to call) she helped me very professionally and logged a service complaint which will respond within 48hours..hopefully.

I give vodacom this week.. If my problem is not resolved, I WILL cancel this contract as well as the other contracts I have with vodacom and will not do business with them again.

This will go public.. And I think they dont even care.
