WHERE IS MY MONEY!!!???!!???

I am owed over R3500 by vodacom!! I have been trying to get my money for almost a month to no avail!!! i have been given the run around by everyone i speak to at the company to say i am fusious would be an understatement!!!! Vodacom made a mistake with my last bill and i was overcharged i was called by one of their agents named Etian who informed me the money will be deposited back into my personal account. A week and a half goes by n i phone to see what is going on, I was then told that vodacom made a mistake and deposited my money in the vodacom account instead of my personal bank account. I was then told to send 3 month bank statement which i did. i gave been told almost everyday for the past 2 weeks that my money would be in my personal account that day and it has NEVER HAPPENED!!!! R3500 may not be a lot to VODACOM but i have a family to take caree off and bils to pay and vodacome are preventing this!!! I WHANT MY MONEY!!!!! i am also being charged out of bundle rates for my data and i have requested vodacom to resolve this issue and escalated 3 calls and STILL ABSOLUTELY NOTHING has been done!!!!!! please fix!!!!!
