Where is my minutes

I spoke to Tthateng on 4 November 2016 regarding my minutes not allocated. She advised me that my 24months contract has expired. I told her that I don't have enough minutes in a month what can she offer me. So she said that there is a sim only contract (I already have a device) for 120 minutes + 120minutes free, 300MEG date + 300MEG data free plus inlimited sms'es. So I told her that I need more data because on my previous contract I had 1 Gig data for free.. She said that I can continue with extra 1 Gig data all for R319/month. My new contract will commence on 1 December 2016. That date has come and gone, only 120minutes and 1 Gig data. So what now? I phoned Vodacom cancellation again (thats where I spoke to Tthateng) and I spoke to Tsipiso on 4 December. She promised me that a supervisor will phone me. It's 13 December and I'm still waiting.

Is this how Vodacom works? Must I put something on Hellopeter for you to respond?

Hello Vodacom,

Still no-one has phoned me.

What I don't understand, when you want your money at the end of the month, you just take it, but when you owe us minutes, we wait 19 days for it, and still no minutes. What is going on!!!!!!!!!

I want feedback by the end of today, otherwise you will be responsible for my phonebill for all the minutes not allocated in time
