Where is my Apple watch Vodacom!!!!

My name is Tessa Kassel. I upgraded my contract with VodaDOM on the 28th of August 2025. I was supposed to get an Apple watch as part of my upgrade. At the time I was advised that they did not have stock of Apple watches. I have literally tried to contact someone at VodaDOM tens of times and there is literally no one to speak to as my number is allegedly captured on what they call the "old" system and no one in the call center can help me. Yesterday I tried to contact someone again and was told a certain Tercius Fitzgerald would contact me to discuss my query, however true to form, no call. Apparently my last review was answered by VodaDom, but I cannot access it. My customer care online request ticket number has been closed, without any resolution. I am at the point now that i am going to issue summons and VodaDOM will pay all of my legal costs. This is not an empty threat.
