Where has vodacom gone?

<p>I firstly i contacted Vodacom sales yesterday about the CAT S60 and the possible upgrade. The man on the phone could not assist me nor enquire with his manager. Not even a "please leave your number and i will see what i can do". Secondly my phone is on its last leg. I phoned Vodacom Upgrade department today. After 2 hours of holding and getting the phone dropped in my ear. Finally somebody answers. "Good day Sir" yes is that Vodacom upgrades?"yes sir" i have been waiting for 2 hours "ok sir" i need to upgrade bleep phone down. What has happened to Vodacom what a **** company to deal with.</p>
