Where did my data go to?

I app**** for a contract phone early 2017 with Vodacom. Got it but never activated Vodacom Sim Card as I heard lots of people around me complaining about them, I used Vodacom too before I port my number to FNB Connect. So in December 2017, I needed to get a mobile wifi, went back to Vodacom to get a router, and was advised by the consultant in the store to buy router cash and activate my SIM card as it had accumulated around R1200. I could convert the airtime into data. I got this rooter in the second week of December 2017, immediately bought 3GIGS of data, on 30 December 2017, bought 5GIGS in addition to the 3GIGS. I was left with R501.00 airtime on the SIM and was to get R200 monthly airtime. To my surprise waking up on 31 December 2017, could not connect. checked balance and I had 0 balance of data and airtime. Now in 2 weeks, I bought 8 GIGS of data, had R501.00 airtime and R200.00 airtime allocation for January 2018 gone. Contacted the call centre, Gugu Booi was rude and couldn't help. The spoke to Sheila, who promised to call before Firday, 05 January 2017. Received a call from vodacom, but no one spoke so I dropped the phone on 04 January 2017. I must just add that, I get 2 GIGS data on my FNB Connect SIM, and it lasts me a month, I use Telkom Router at home and last me the whole month, but seems to be a different story with vodacom and no response
