Where are our shares Vodacom???????

I would like to know where my Vodacom Yebo Yethu shares are please??? The Esop of Vodacom came to an end 31 October and Vodacom had promised staff and ex staff that shares would be transferred by the first week in November!!!! We are now sitting at the end of November and still no shares!!! Between Yebo Yethu, Vodacom and Computershare no one has communicated as to what is actually going on??? They pass the buck from the Vodacom to Yebo Yethu to Computershare....ending with you having to call and speak to 10000 people and no one can give you answers!!!! So please Vodacom where the hell are our shares????? You kept employees in the scheme for over 10 years calling it "empowerment" but where exactly is that empowerment now that we have to again sit and wait?????
