Where are my SHAKE WINNINGS?

About3 hours ago my mom and I each won 1 Gig a day on the Shake function. None has been allocated yet. Yesterday's winnings appeared immediately but today's is a win with no winnings. So where is the data today? I tried communicating with Vodacom through the app and through the website and all who were interested was Tobi the robot chatbot. Yes no flesh real person. Please burn Tobi. All my questions are answered with "please enter you OTM pin". I can't you see because my sim is in my router. I don't want to chat. NOt with Tobi or with anybody else everytime I win something on SHAKE. I want to shake and win. Please give my my data winnings on *** and *** for today's shakes. Does evey shake winner in the country today have to ask Tobi the robot for a pin nr? Why? Will it be like that tomorrow as well?
