When zero F's are shown by a manager for months.

Well. In 2020 I had taken my upgrade after seeking the best deal which consists of a watch and earbuds. 1 item was available in stock the following week and I've as of yet, 4 and a half months on to be updated by the manager who did the deal personally and promised to keep me updated. I assume he died as I have had no word from him on my missing item and have a now rather useless phone. This level of customer service makes one wonder how does vodashop choose employees and why they even still in business when you can get better service, network and rates on other networks. Really I question myself for signing the contract now that I've had this wonderful experience of zero cares given by a manager.
