When will Vodacom realise this is 2015?

I'e had a Vodacom contract for years which I used to renew every two years. However, ever since June 2013 I have been trying to renew my contract, without any success. The reason? every time I apply to renew my contract, I am told I can only renew my contract in 2013. When will Vodacom realise that we are already in 2015? I sent another message to Vodacom two weeks ago, they do not even bother to reply.
