When will our issue be resolved?
Sometimes we are treated as if we getting free service whereas we pay the contract monthly. Its almost a year now and our issue is still not resolved

Dear Customer: Kindly be advised that we have updated your profile, please select MTN or Cell C as your preferred network in your Network Settings menu on your phone, you will get an error. Then select Vodacom as your preferred network. Switch the phone off and back on. This should resolve your problem. Regards Consumer Website Team
