WHEN WILL I BE CONTACTED???!!

<p>I posted this review and got a voicemail from Koelsum that she will call me back but that call back NEVER CAME???? This is just getting WORSE.</p> <p>My initial complaint was:</p> <p> </p> <p>PATHETIC SERVICE</p> <p>Called vodacom call center with a network issue on my cell service so the operator says I must end the call and he will me back to a different number. Waited for 30minutes and still no call back I then call back and speak to Nomtula and I ask for the agent that promised to call me back. She then syas I must wait 48 hours to find that agent! REALLY!!! So there are no notes relating to my call? Anyway I then try to get Nomtula to assist me and she says I must go to a Vodacom shop if I want assistance. SERIOUSLY??? So why is there a call center? I then ask for the manager on duty's name and get told it is Lauzi and after asking to speak to the manager.........NOMTULA DROPS THE CALL!!!!!!!!</p> <p>Is that customer service?</p> <p>Have been a Vodacom user ALL MY LIFE BUT THIS SERVICE STINKS!!!</p> <p>Please get back to me ASAP</p>
