WHEN VODACOM SENDS YOU A USED PHONE

We entered into a contract with Vodacom for a new iphone8 and organised for it to be delivered. Little did I know that vodacom had sent me an iphone 8 that had been used! We notified vodacom and they only came to collect the phone 3 days later (after we were promised that it would be collected within 48 hours!. The faulty phone was collected last week Monday ( 13 November 2017). Its not 20 November 2017 and I still haven't received the new phone! I have been without a phone for over a week! Every time we follow up with vodacom there is always a story last time it was stock now apparently its the delivery Company. I have been more than patient! At this rate I am ready to cancel my contract
