When vodacom sends you 2 accounts in 4 days that differ by R15000
Last week my phones were soft suspended and i phoned Vodacom to find out why as 1) - I had done 4 upgrades ( june, July and Aug) with no problem and these would not be doneif my account was in arrears 2) I had done SIM swops whichwould also not have been done if my account was in arrears 3)I had added data via Vodacom to my daughters account which would not have been done if my account was in arrears Friday last week I phoned vodacom and queried this account as my balance on the statement I requested was R3.15 but the 30 days account said R6086.00 and then obviously the new months account was there.
After 2.5 hours and 9 people I found out a journal was done against my account but no one could explain what for as all my regular billing reflected correctly. The journal was reversed and the cellphones were unblocked. I have had numerous incidents where Vodaom sent my personal information to the users of my phones.
This morning the Journal seems to be reapp**** to my account. Two calls later and no one can explain what this is for.
The message send by Vodacom saying I owe R6086 was sent to all cellphone users EXCEPT TO ME? Where is my privacy? I have addressed this on numerous occassions with Vodacom!
So this morning Vodacom send me another statement of account ( 4 days after the previous one) the balance has changed from R3.15 to R150000 - The R6068 appears to be included but does not reflect anywhere......
VODACOM how do you change my account with R15000 in days! And what do we do to have this sorted out. This is disgusting!
Please see the accounts which differ by 4 days attached - this is *******!
Regards
