When vodacom refuses to cancel your contract instead they give you a new contract forcefully

I see that Vodacom is just going on like nothing is happening and they expect me to still pay for a contract i have been calling in to cancel and they decided to just change the contract and give me some thing i don' t actually need. i have been calling in and I've just been taken from pillar to post. Why do you feel that you need my money so much that i just wont cancel that contract like i requested it to be. I'm just going to reverse any deductions you make because this is just ridiculars now!
