When Vodacom is wrong and you question them they try to convince you with leis that you are wrong

I did question Vodacom because they move the Dept order to a early date. From the Sunday to the Friday. I did goggle Vodacom regarding the route they have to follow when the due date is on a Sunday and Vodacom clearly stated that the payment will be deducted on the first working date after the Sunday. Now the Vodacom workers don't follow the law and also don't follow Vodacom own policy which adhere to the law. But what is more upsetting is the fact that the Vodacom workers who did phone me regarding my complain try to make a fool of me by saying Vodacom can and will move the date earlier as the please irrespective of the law.
