When Vodacom gives u the middle finger

There are something that is certain in life, death, taxes and Vodacom not willing to help customers.

I suffered a house break in and my phone was ****** with a whole lot of other stuff. Did I want my phone ****** and get the enormous task of having to replace it and also get a sim swap because everything connected to my life is connected to my old number. I called Vodacom call centre yesterday for a sim swap and guess what, they cant do a sim swap because I have to do it within 24 hours.
Read \how to do a SIM swap with Vodacom\" it doesn't say within 24 hrs but takes that time to change to your old number
So I need a sim swap to my old number and I'm not going to buy a new card. It is possible because MTN changed my son's number after 48 hours.
Vodacom service sucks and it is truly a tragedy because of the amount of money you spend on trying to convince the public you have our best interest at heart but the moment you can, you ***** us over and that over money. Listen to the call I made yesterday and your agent laughing at me, great service.

Effective communication is either a high five or a middle finger and I've had my fair share of middle fingers from Vodacom"
