When Online and In-Store don't want to play along!

Being a loyal customer seems to count for nothing. 15+ year only t0 be let down by poor process. Contract was upgraded via the Online store last year. My Nokia 8.3 5G started giving issues and was booked in for repairs. Short story is that the phone was unrepairable and they do no have a replacement phone. I was then given credit for the device. Transferred the credit to the store to do the replacement. Was then shocked that the amount received was enough to buy a budget smartphone.

Settled that I needed to add some extra cash, decided to get the Nothing Phone (1), which in store is R14 999. With Black Friday the online store is now R14 099 (R900 saving). Now I am unable to get the store to override their price and I have been struggling to get any clarity on how to move the credit to be used on the Online store again to get the saving.

Tomorrow will be a full month from book-in (7 Nov) to no end in site!

This is very frustrating and to the point where I need to just settle the contract and move somewhere else.
