When HO fails, Ivan prevails!

Good Day, <br> <br> I would like to bring to the powers that be's attention, the excellent service I received from Ivan the sales rep I dealt with at Vodacom Clearwater Mall. <br> <br> Even though the Head Office was not offering the best customer service (i.e. Kgomotso putting the phone down in Ivan's ear when he requested a Supervisor) he kept me up to date at all times with regards to my contract being approved and really tried everything he could to speed up the approval process, as HO was heavily back logged (because some people close office before end of business hours) and I was there two days in a row. <br> <br> Thank you Ivan for the excellent service! Keep it up! :) <br> <br> P.S. I hope Vodacom HO will be dealt with...
