<p>I think Vodacom is having a wee bit of an issue with their semantics and identity. Shame, let me help you guys out.</p> <p>You are a service PROVIDER. In case you are unfami**** with the term, PROVIDE means to make available for use. PROVIDE does not mean to take another person’s property without legal right. That, my dear Vodacom, is the definition of THEFT.</p> <p>So when I pay for additional data and airtime (R154 a day for 3 consecutive days, to be exact), it means I am not only supposed to be supp**** with it, but also allowed to use it before it just goes ****. ******** subscriptions also cannot just appear and disappear without a word or a trace (AirG).</p> <p>Everyone is all up in arms about “Pastor Doom”, but I think Vodacom started the trend with Vanish. FYI Vodacom, that’s for spot removal, not airtime and data, just saying.</p> <p>As for your identity, you see Vodacom, you are not Houdini (although I am beginning to think you may just be one of the world’s greatest illusionists). Unlike Houdini, you cannot just make things disappear and expect the world to look on in awe applauding your remarkable abilities. You also cannot hide from the issues at hand and believe we will admire your sensational escape act.</p> <p>Sort your **** out!</p>
