When customer service is a nil for inquiries

My husband passed away and I forwarded documents to Vodacom via email and on the 13 August we submitted it to Tygervalley Branch personally as we needed to transfer on account that was linked to my husbands account as well. To my dismay I was contacted on the 14 September to asked why the account is in arrears and when payment will be made. I went into the shop at the end of August to pay the one account we are trying to transfer and to again ask why nothing has been done. Apart from the fact that no one can find said documents the manageress is one of the most rude and abrupt persons I have ever encountered. Every call and I made 20 in total to Vodacom has been on a waiting to speak to someone then cut off in transfer and no one seems to know what is going on. Even trying to make contact via a call back did not work. I now am waiting again to see when someone will actually wake up and make contact with me and not my dead husband on his phone and mail that I do not have access to.

so Vodacom denied receiving any documents and on top off everything else the transfered my dead husbands account totaly elegally to my sons account insisting that if we do not pay it they cannot transfer the account after trying to do a debit order from a closed bank account. Really vodacom get your admin in order.
