Whatsapp ticket is a ****! Paying for no service.

I bought a whatsapp ticket on 20/08 after my previous one expired the previous day. Saturday i was unable to use whatsapp for the duration of the day as whatsapp ticket didn't work. This makes me wonder have I been paying for whatsapp tickets and not getting the service and instead my normal data has been used for whatsapp???!!

Please reimburse me for my whatsapp tickets which clearly don't work and instead replace with DATA which apparently seems to work for whatsapp!

This is an inconvenience and annoying. Whats happening Vodacom??!!
