WHATSAPP NOT WORKING

I had a problem with my sons whatsapp bundle. Its nit working. I phined Saturday and they sayd they will fix it. I cancelled two contracts at the same time. Tonight i phoned vodacom again. My son bought two more whatsapp bundles because he needs it with his work. Its still not working. I was told because i cancelled two contracts they cant fix his whatsapp so he can use it. The man was extreemly rude to me. My son need to use his whatsapp while his working and dont have money to buy data bundles, that is why he uses whatsapo bundles. Can someone please sort this out. My aciunt is paid every month on time. I would like to use the servuce i pay for.
