WhatsApp data
I'm so annoyed. Why can i not speak to an actual human being instead of Tobi who is useless to me at the moment. I bought a data bundle which expires on the 2nd of august. The 1gb of WhatsApp data included in the bundle has not been used at all which is strange considering I use WhatsApp every day. My actual data is being used instead of the 1gb WhatsApp data. I would like to know why or how this is. I can't fathom how the customer support number doesn't support the customer at all. I've spent 40 minutes going through different options only to always be taken to an SMS from Tobi that will supposedly help me but doesn't. Can I just speak to a HUMAN BEING THAT CAN ACTUALLY HELP ME!!!!!!!!
