What's wrong with Vodacom technical support?
I've been trying to port my number to Vodacom for months now, to no avail.
Two months ago I went to the Gugulethu Mall Vodacom to be assisted with porting from Telkom to Vodacom. The lady gave me a new sim card and said I should wait for SECOND message to come through from Telkom confirming a port. I took the sim card, waited for the second SMS to arrive. It did. But my new Vodacom sim card didn't have my number although I had waited days ...
Last Thursday I went to the same Vodacom shop. When I left the store, I was told to come back after the second SMS - just like before. I got the second SMS on the same day again. Yesterday I went back to Vodacom. They gave me another SMS. Yet 24- hours later, my second Vodacom SMS is not working again.
