WHAT'S NEXT?

After my previous post, I have still not experienced the best service from Vodacom.

I have been promised a refund for the ******** change in my installment, yet STILL nothing has happened. No communication, I have also not even received the call that I actually asked for. Would you suggest Ombudsman next?
