What will it take?

Think twice before taking a vodocom contract because you will be paying for a service that you cannot use. Incorrect billing was sent to me a month after I took the contract and after the 1st debit went off my bank account which I queried(***** dispute). I am being held responsible for the returned debits on my account which has led to my service being suspended even after having forwarded proof of payment for every month since June 2019 to date on my account.
