What the hell is happening?

In 2012 when my daughter started varsity I took a 3g data contract for 2gig p/m at R149, a while later when the price for data were revisited I was automatically updated to a 3gig package still at the same amount and everything was great. A few months ago I added a new contract yo my account number, I got the Vodafone tablet special which included an extra tablet at GAME for R99 p/m. Ever since then I've been paying ridiculous amounts of money, I now have only received my bills through the mail and the number for the data sim is now subscribed to a smart s plan and I'm paying a 24 months handset installment for a handset I don't even have. I am now paying in excess of 1500 per month. Who changed my contract?? I want my money!
