What the hell!!
I phoned this morning seeing that my son had a problem. I am the contract holder. I asked the Call Centre person if I can give Vodacom consent to give my son information re the contract. He said yes I need to send a copy of my ID and of my son and a letter giving Vodacom permission to give information to my son. I got a response back that they need a letter from my lawyer which I and my lawyer needs to sign giving Vodacom permission to give info on the contract to my son. At the end of the day I spent 3 hours on the phone and 4 different stories. I am still not sure what to do.
