What support at Vodacom?

Not being helped by 1st level support, useless with trying to help sort the problem and even worse with following up on queries. Order a VoIP line with the Fibre, fibre was installed, VoIP handset delivered, but never configured or Number ported from Telkom, now I lost my number from Telkom and more than a month later, still no service on the voip, after being billed for the service. Has been escalated multiple time with no feedback or follow up. Julian Major from the VoIP department closes tickets without resolving them and doesn't even respond back to internal mails sent, Zolani Vokwana tried to help, but still failed to follow up and is now not responding to any of the emails, Sibongile Monki only tries something when being asked, Mbali from the sales team, does not care about services, just wants the sale. Zolani has escalated the matter to Bulelani Mohlombe and Sibusiso Nkawu, can someone please make contact with me to get this issue sorted. Where is the pride in your support and the reputation of your company???

Why does one need to go public with our frustrations before some tries to help, MULTIPLE calls and MULTIPLE times we were told it will take "1 Business day", "4 Hours", "48 Hours" to get the VoIP activated, yet once I have gone public, it was done in 30 Min???? Please explain why having this delay. If your support personnel do not know the time frame on when things can get done, get them off the phones and train them properly. That is the companies "voice" to the clients, if they mess up, it reflects very badly on the entire company. I was interested in Fibre myself, but with this kind of support and willingness to help, I will wait for a proper FNO like Vuma before I switch to Fibre.
