What Service?
I purchased a Vodacom SIM card to be added to my current contract for data purposes. The staff within the store was helpful and I was out in 20min. 24 hours later my sim was not registered at which point I contacted the call centre, I was promptly told that the card was not activated and I need to speak to activations. Once transferred Simpihwe quickly passed the buck back to the call centre as this was something they needed to to. Holding on the line, I got transfered tothe service rating and never got a chance to speak to an agent.

I phoned back only to go though the same process, this time round the agents wanted to conference both the activations and call centre staff into a single call, yet again I ended up in the service rating queue. Needless to say I did it once more, only to go through the same process. Fed up, Irritated I contacted Dudu from the woodmead shop, they were going to resolve it and phone me back the next day. They did and told me it was resolved and the sim should be activated. I should wait another 4 hours. 5 days later I still dont have an active sim. Why is it impossible to speak to a logical or sensible person in vodacom. thanks for not wanting my service
