I redeemed my Vodabucks for the flights option and I then contacted Vodacom flight centre via whatsapp and was advises to email the voucher number, departure and destination, date and times details of which I did. Lizelle responded requesting for credit card details and I informed her I only have a cheque card and got no response thereafter.
